Loved how grand old the property was and its dedicated staff with a very arrogant manner. I ate at an exceptional restaurant for dinner. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view over the town and the Umbrian countryside was magnificent. The location was particularly good and amazing, just a short stroll away from a circa-1400s cathedral. There were a market and boutiques around the hotel.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to the bustling main street on the 4th Novembre square. It is also close to the ancient and fascinating underground attractions. The hotel itself is situated in a beautiful city, providing a charming backdrop for business travelers.
Some staff members lacked knowledge and enthusiasm when it came to providing information and suggestions for day-trips or making drinks at the bar, which affected overall customer experience.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the upscale feel of the hotel. The property was clean and comfortable, providing a luxurious experience. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautifully designed. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a breathtaking view of the valley. The key location of the hotel in Piazza Italia made it convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the festive atmosphere of Christmas in the city.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't appreciate. the carpet in the room, especially near the balcony, was stained and in need of a thorough cleaning.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings. The hotel had a great location, conveniently close to various attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Despite the hotel being advertised as having parking facilities, we were left to find a spot on our own. This was particularly frustrating during a busy time like New Year's, when parking was scarce.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that meet all your needs. the room has spectacular views of the city and is furnished with stylish and modern touches. the Spa and wellness center has fantastic facilities, including a Turkish bath and a swimming pool, where you can relax and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring.
My only minor issue was that the service at the bar/lounge area was not as attentive as I had expected. However, this was not a major problem as all other aspects of the hotel were exceptional.

We were blown away by the grotto swimming pool with a plexiglass bottom showcasing Etruscan ruins. Such a unique experience! The lavish breakfast selections were tempting and the staff were discreetly efficient. Despite a small room, the luxurious atmosphere and well-appointed bathroom made up for it. The hotel's location at the top of the hill with the old town just outside the door couldn't be better. we highly recommend this exceptional hotel.
